Admission Criteria The services of Kingston Hill are designed for men and women 60 years and older who are able to manage their activities of daily living and medication independently. For specific questions regarding this criteria, please call the Executive Director at 319/364-2342. Come Check Us Out!! In order to get an accurate representation of our home-like environment and services, please stop by for a visit, lunch, and/or a tour. We can also arrange for you to spend time visiting with current residents and/or family members to learn of their experiences here. If you would like to join us for a meal, please call one day in advance. Application Process In order to ensure that Kingston Hill can meet your or your family member’s needs, our application process includes the following steps: • completion of the application forms • completion of a health information sheet by the applicant’s physician • The Executive Director or Assistant Executive Director will meet with the applicant to complete an assessment Questions Please feel free to call the Executive Director at 319/364-2342 with any questions you may have about our services and/or the application process.
