Resident Services

Located in a quiet, Nortwest side neighborhood, Kingston Hill is dedicated in the mission of providing an affordable, comfortable home-like environment that encourages maintaining an independent lifestyle.  First and foremost, this our resident’s home.  As a local organization, programs and services can be tailored to meet the interests and need of those in residence. 

As a not-for-profit, Kingston Hill offers a sliding scale rent alternative.  The monthly cost is based on an individual’s ability to pay through assets and annual income.  This income is reviewed annually with the resident fee adjusted accordingly.

The following services are included in the monthly fee:

• Three meals per day
  • Continential breakfast with  flexible times
  • Dinner and Supper served family style
• Weekly laundry and housekeeping
• Weekly transportation for shopping and errands
• Individualized transportation for healthcare appointments offered daily
• Emergency call system
• 24-hour staffing
• Use of common areas including several living areas, library, gardens, and porches
• Life-long learning activities and social programs
• Hair salon
